Refund Policy

ARP COIRS Follows A Transparent And Customer-Friendly Refund Policy To Ensure Complete Customer Satisfaction.

Refund Requests Will Be Considered Only In Cases Where The Customer Receives A Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Product. Customers Must Raise A Refund Request Within 2 Days Of Receiving The Product By Contacting Our Support Team Along With Valid Proof Such As Photos Or Videos.

As Our Products Include Cocopeat Blocks, Coconut Products, Copra, Onion, Microgreens, And Other Agricultural Commodities, Refunds Will Not Be Applicable For Issues Arising Due To Improper Storage, Mishandling, Natural Product Variations, Or Usage After Delivery.

Once The Refund Request Is Received And Approved After Internal Verification, The Refund Amount Will Be Processed Within 1–2 Business Days. The Refunded Amount Will Be Credited To The Customer’s Original Mode Of Payment, Subject To Bank Processing Timelines.

In Cases Where Orders Are Cancelled By ARP COIRS Due To Stock Unavailability, Export Restrictions, Or Logistical Issues, The Full Amount Paid For The Affected Product(S) Will Be Refunded.

ARP COIRS Reserves The Right To Reject Refund Requests If The Product Has Been Used, Altered, Repacked, Or Damaged After Delivery.
